Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

I will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Hand-dyed yarn is created in small batches.

While every effort is made to photograph colours accurately, colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting, and dye lots.
